あらかじめ下記をご確認ください。 Please read below before you make a reservation. ☆当クリニックは海外渡航前の予防接種や健康診断などを主な業務としており、病気の治療や検査は行っておりません。 ☆We can provide mainly pretravel vaccinations and health check-up, but not treatment or test for illnesses. ☆健康診断や結核検査のために、レントゲンや心電図をご希望の方は、平日（男性は火曜日以外）10:00～11:00に予約をお取りください。 ☆If you want to have a chest X-ray or EKG for health check-up, please make a reservation at 10:00-11:00 (for male other than Tuesday) . ☆小児（中学生以下）の採血、レントゲン、心電図検査はかかりつけの小児科でお願いいたします。 ☆If your child (under junior high school student) needs blood test, X-ray or EKG, we'd like you to ask your pediatrician for test. ☆同時間に複数人で受診をご希望の場合は､代表者1名様の名前で予約をおとりください｡その場合は､他の方々の必要な情報をweb問診の「その他」にご記入ください（コロナワクチン以外）｡ ☆If you want to have a consultation with your colleague at the same time, we'd like only one representative to make a reservation and then to write necessary information about other people when you answer web inquiry (other than COVID-19 vaccination). 現在、お知らせはありません。 Currently we have no notice.
